A transformational dance experience that blends movement, psychological frameworks, and expressive arts to help you step into your power, confidence, and authentic self. This workshop guides you through the Archetypal Alkemy framework, exploring different parts of your identity through embodied movement and finishes with a fun, empowering dance routine that we piece together as a group.
