Plants of the Pilbara is an immersive, 5-dimensional art installation by sculptor Carrissa Wu (aka Jotterbook Flowers) and perfumer-musician Ousogene Yeo. Viewers are invited to experience the magic of Western Australia’s native flora on a larger-than-life scale.
Drop in and create your own giant paper flower inspired by the installation! Participants will have access to drawn diagrams and materials as well as artist guidance from the Jotterbook Flowers Team. In about 20 minutes, you’ll have your own paper sculpture to add to the installation or take home.

Join Black Swan State Theatre Company in a fun physical workshop where drama collides with sport. This workshop promises to ignite the imagination and body!
Yinjaa-Barni Art is a collective of Aboriginal artists who predominantly belong to the Yindjibarndi language group and whose ancestral homelands surround the Fortescue River and Millstream Tablelands.
An interactive entertainment booth, FIFO is an exploration using costume, movement, and expression. FIFO gives permission to create whatever character calls.
Come and ‘design your own world’, make a ‘straw rocket’, have fun colouring-in and ‘Space painting’ craft activities suitable for all ages and abilities.
Come enter the gardens of Ousougene as she plays the kamele n'goni, a West African harp blended with ambient natural sounds to create an enchanting musical experience to relax and meditate in.
